Thank you Spay and Neuter Center of Southern Nevada! Thank you for your professionalism, caring compassion, and thoughtfulness. -And, I don't mean just toward my doggie. I was so nervous taking my Shiba Inu in for surgery. I thank you for helping me get through the transition. I appreciate the suggestion that met my needs for getting to work on time ( I live 45 min away) on the morning of the surgery and for making the drop-off easier (on me). I pre-visited the hospital, met a few staff members, completed my paperwork and even pre-paid (at my request). All this really helped me get through the worrying about my puppy for the day of the scheduled appointment. All was a success and my puppy came home rested with a cute soft pink blanket. Next day she rested, following day she had done some jumping around and I thought I saw a 'hair-line' opening on her incision. As I was processing the thought about calling the center for a follow-up to take a look at her incision . . . . the phone rang and it was a staff member checking-up on my puppy. Actually, my doggie was doing great (that's probably why she was jumping around), but, I think the tech could feel that I was concerned about the incision. She suggested for me to bring my puppy for an examination follow-up. Well, what I was seeing was the 'scab' forming in a straight clean line. What a relief! :-) To sum it all up . .. . SNCSN did a fantastic job! Not only in providing a wonderful service but, for also, caring about my feelings. They kept my puppy happy and they kept me calm. Thank you SNCSN! You were highly recommended to me as I will recommend your hospital to others. 5 stars for cleanliness, professional, friendly, helpful, caring, compassionate, great listening skills, treatment, follow-up, and decent pricing in making an important service more affordable.
