I ordered 5 items through door dash. I was so excited to get the food and was so disappointed. Everything was so 'off'. Except the sweet potato fries. They were great. It was almost like the chicken was odd as well as the sauce. (We use to get this catered once a month to work and everyone fought for it. Except the last 2 times.) It was like something has changed. Plus I ordered the Pacific Honey-Orange Chicken Rice Bowl for my kid and got a different plate completely. This was my first time to use door dash and I when I received the wrong order, I just called Rumbi's directly. I did not complain about the food. I only told them that I did not get my Pacific Honey-Orange Chicken Rice Bowl which is a tempura coated chicken. I got something totally different. They put the manager on who was rude and insisted that he had talked to me directly and that he put in what I ordered. 'I never talked to anyone. Door dash is an online service.' He replied, 'then deal with door dash'. I get that I probably called the wrong person. I only called to tell them about the wrong order that I received. But he totally handled it unprofessionally.
