After moving from L.A. I was at a loss on where to go get my hair done and a friend had told me that Desiree was the best. Desiree was booked three weeks out so they booked me with Katie. I told them that I didn't know exactly what I wanted but I needed someone that was really fantastic with color. The salon is nice and they were friendly there, Katie and I talked about my hair for a while and I let her do what she thought would look the best on me. Well as it sometimes happens we had different ideas of pretty, I figured I would sleep on it and see it again in the morning.
I am really picky about my hair and so in the morning as I cried about my brassy highlights and the loss of $215 I called the salon to tell them that I was unhappy. They were very polite and assured me she would fix it to my liking. Well, when I showed up a very angry Katie emerged. She was upset that I was "attacking" her. So in turn she attacked me, our meeting was hostile so I asked for a manager who did very little to make me feel better and still just let Katie sit there being very defensive and rude because I was unhappy with my hair. I got upset and cried, I felt very uncomfortable so I left. Were they going to fix it? Sure. Would anyone actually want them to at that point? Nope.
