Have had the same comment told to me in over a year that issues are due to the cell towers being upgraded. What a farce then the rep on the Southern store in Tempe switched me from 4G to 3G. I expected 4G when the account was updated with my new phone and this is what I got....Sprint has much to be desired and even consumer reports list it as the WORST provider!!!
