Some of the worst, most disorganized service I've had in a long time. Was referred to this company by Bosch for warranty repairs. Called and spoke with Sandra to schedule service call. Scheduled for next day and was told I'd receive an email later the same day with my 2-hour appointment window. Never got an email and when I tried to call at 5:00, their answering service wasn't able to help me. Called the next morning at 8:15 to find out what time my appointment was and was told the tech was on his way and would arrive in 10-15 minutes. So I raced back home only for him to show up 90 minutes later. He evaluated the dishwasher and needed to order a part, which he thought would take 3-4 days. 10 days later, still no word. Called to inquire and reached Sandra again. She looked me up by address because my phone number didn't locate me. Turns out the part had arrived a few days prior, but she was unable to contact me because, even though I'd provided my phone and email previously, she recorded a completely wrong phone number (not even the correct area code) and didn't bother to record my email address. This was on a Friday, again was told I'd receive an email or, this time, possibly a text with my 2-hour appointment window. Hadn't received anything by 4:30, so again I called. Got the answering service and once again they were unhelpful. No one can access their schedule over the weekend, so now I'm stuck not knowing what time the tech will arrive on Monday. I will absolutely not use this company again, and Bosch is receiving this same report of complete incompetence on the part of their warranty service provider.
