Made an appointment with Rahmba to have my face threaded. On the RagTops website full face price is $30.00 and eyebrows are $12.00. When Rhamba was finished (she caught a lot of my hairline in her threads-OUCH!) I asked her how much I owed her. She quoted me $45.00!! When I said the website said $30 she said that doesn't include the eyebrows!?!?! but she will settle for $40. My eyebrows are on my face!! But even if they weren't included $30.00 + $12.00= $42.00.
I won't be going back. I do not like people that change their prices at whim.
