Lately I've been bored with the same substandard croissants available around these parts. This place, however, has revitalized my love and excitement for croissants all over again. Other places seem to just either overdo the crispy flaky factor or underwhelm with the doughy softness. Duo strikes this skillful middle ground that makes it really friggin' scrumptious. THE most scrumptious croissant I've ever had (other continents are taken into consideration too)! I will be definitely coming back because I noticed mont blanc is available in something. I take that as a big sign that the bakers in the back REALLY know what they're doing (and more or less pour their soul into their craft), as I have found very few places bother to make this hard to make creamy chestnut thing. Only the best bake houses I come across in my travels do offer mont blanc, and I poke my head into way too many bakeries...it's sort of a thing I do. The price for such an amazing croissant was very reasonable, combined with classy staff that provided me very friendly service, this is my favourite bakery that I advise everyone needs to try or frequent or fit into their daily routine or something.
