Open 24hours.. This is probably the only place you can grab a bite if you are staying at the RIO and need a late night bite or early morning bite after a night out... Prices are pretty high, but what do you expect, you're in vegas... Its nice and pretty big.. They have all your typical cafe menu..breakfast, burgers, salads and sandwiches.. The portions for the breakfast meals were pretty generous and the breakfast potatoes are good, like mini hashbrowns.. the french onion soup is good too.
