I have lived here for just over 2 years, started prior to the "new" owners. All I can say is they there has been a huge change. It is the first week of May and one set of grills are still not working (I sent in a request a month ago to get them fixed and still have not gotten an email response) and the pool looks no where close to opening, several other complexes in the area have already opened their pool. And last summer it was closed twice due to not being clean enough. And oh yeah, they just spent $70k to refurbish the clubhouse.
This is SC, we are two weeks from Memorial Day, greatest cook out and pool day of year, and it does not look good.
