I came here this past weekend with my family for my uncle & mom's birthdays. I've been here several times before and always love the food and atmosphere. However, this experience was a bit disappointing. The food was good, the service was poor. Our waiter had a very stuffy demeanor and was quite rude. Not only that, but he spilled an entire beer on my uncle - all over his pants. All he did was offer to bring us a napkin. You would think that he would have taken the beer off the bill, offer a dry cleaning bill, or bring another drink on the house but he did nothing. This was very disappointing to me and my entire family, as we expected a restaurant of this caliber to be more accommodating and provide excellent and quality service to guests. Mind you, we spent well over $400 AND I let the restaurant know ahead of time that we had two birthdays at the table. I love Vintner Grill, but this experience was disappointing.,.
