This apartment complex is terrible. Management is very rude, unprofessional, and they don't care about tenants concerns at all. Vanessa and her other "workers" are some of the worst managers of a complex I ever experienced. This place was my home for 2 years and Vanessa took over a little over a year now, they said several times they were supposedly going to fix the property but still waiting, nothing is noticeably being done. The security gate is still unfinished. This place is filthy! The washrooms smell like mold really bad, they don't even have a day porter, their is a lot of health violations. Leaves all over walkway, doggy poo under stairwells. When things break, they don't replace. On a couple occasions the water was turned off without notifying tenants if you have a maintenance request, it "might" get done months later. They have raised the rent 3 times, and that's every time I renew lease. This most recent time was $70. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this complex. The managers are awful!! You will have nothing but problems with them. If you have a concern they just laugh at you! They do not give a S_&$ about their tenants. They are run by a property management that has no good ratings. Google them!! Not good :( oh the workout room is nice but I never get to utilize it because they lock it up at like 3 or 4 because of the homeless people that hang around so they say They were supposed to get something going to give tenants access after hours. I was still waiting months and months for that :(
