Extremely disappointed in this establishment in which I have supported since it opened in Henderson. I went in today to purchase season passes for my my 2 daughters and I since school is out. Was told I couldn't purchase season passes because duplicates we're just not allowed. Cowabunga bay allowed my kids mother to block their father from using their passes and would not allow me to buy season tickets to remedy the situation. They told me to speak with their mother to remove the block. It's terrible that this place is now involved with Law. They hold the right to enable a person who's not a custodial parent( ex wife 1 of 4 Bf) to get my children in a park unrestricted but I have to by multiple day passes. I will never recommend this place again. Why Shame on Cowabunga bay.
