I came in two days prior to my little girls birthday. I paid for my order and was informed it would be ready by noon on Saturday. When I arrived at 12:15, the person working the counter was clueless. She couldn't find my order. It took 15 minutes and another clerk to find it. It wasn't even packaged, so another 5 minutes wasted. My cake was underdone. I also purchased a lemon bar, it was the most awful lemon bar I ever had, inedible, tasted like pure tart lemon, crust was thick. The chocolate dipped treats were so super sweet they were unpleasant, and my birthday girl was not impressed. Great location, clean, and the staff were friendly, just incompetent.
