Hello Linda, While I appreciate your attempt to say that staff is open to discussion, they are "open" to hear our concerns, deliver the message to corporate but inevitably the staff members are not the decision makers-- corporate is. According to staff members, corporate has been notified repeatedly of our requests (and there have been several) to have a heated pool (even if only during the few cold winter months). The consistent answer we receive is "NO". Quite frankly I've given up on asking because while staff may be open to discussion, corporate is not. They also are not the ones swimming in our pool daily (or nightly when it's freezing) to know what it feels like.
