We submitted out paperwork by the time Bill requested, and were told after the deadline that he had filed an extension without our knowledge. He told us he just got behind and it would be okay. As the extension period drew to a close, we were asked by his secretary to come in and sign paperwork. When I came in, Bill said he didn't understand, because he had LOST our tax documents when he moved from one side of the office to the other. He blamed a secretary he supposedly fired. He requested new ones to complete it. We resubmitted, and have called every day since with the office staff telling me he's always with a client. I have emailed him over 10 times, and called every hour on the hour, without speaking to him in a month. I have contacted the IRS and received permission to excuse the late payment, and now rushed and found a CPA that can fix this. I have never had such a shady experience with any business.
