Stopped by for lunch with coworkers. Out of our 3 orders, 2 of them were done wrong. We arrived before the lunchtime rush but we still waited 15-20 minutes for our burgers. Once the burgers were made, it took an extra 5 minutes for the servers/cook staff to determine which burger was which. We had to watch them poke around our burgers with a pen to try and determine what toppings were on it. Afterwards, one of the burgers had an egg on it, which we hadn't asked for but because of the long wait time, we just took our order as is. Once we started eating, another burger had the wrong toppings on it. Quite a shame as I was really hoping this place would be good. I think with better organization and staff training, they could stand a chance but with the way things are now, I feel like it would be rare for people to make a second visit.
