I have been a resident for the last three years. This new office staff is inexperienced and uncaring to the needs of their residents. They will not send out communication to their residents for fear of it "pissing more people off."
This kind of behavior can also be seen in the care they have for their complex. The bug situation is disgusting and I am find at least 1"+ cockroaches, dead and alive, in my apartment at least once a week. Please see the other Arches at Hidden Creek's Yelp reviews for a more accurate depiction of how far things have been degrading. One resident, who has been here for the last 11 years left a 1 star-rating just 6 months ago! How horrible are the conditions that an 11 year resident loses that kind of loyalty?
