Very nice staff but horrible workmanship - and at premium prices to boot. I took in a suitcase to have the handle repaired. "Oh yes, we repair Delsey luggage" they said. When it was returned, the telescoping handle they put on was way too short. When I complained they said they use aftermarket parts not OEM parts and there was nothing they could do. Why didn't they tell me up front that it may not come back in useable condition?
Now when I use the bag, I kick it every few steps because of the short handle. It is maddening. Stay away from this place.
