I called the store because I could not find a discount ticket that I was looking for even though the event said that Fry's would have them. I had already been to two different Fry's looking for the coupon and didn't want to drive to another one if I didn't have to. The person I spoke to who worked at the service counter, Billy, was extremely nice and went out of his way to try and find out information on the coupons which they didn't have (he called outside of Fry's to see what was going on). I was told that they had not received them yet and he apologied to me for that. I was very impressed with the level of customer service that I received.
