A sad excuse for a place for customer service. Can I just say UPS service in general in absolutely abysmal? Every where from the delivery options, to the buffoons on their customer service line (I spoke to three different reps) to the actual delivery and the so called "representatives" on the counter of this particular location. The staff here are so rude, and ridiculously slow. Honestly with people like this it'll be a miracle if this company survives in the long term. Just horrible experience overall.
