I remember Denny's being better - that being said, you can't go wrong with a free breakfast on your birthday. You have to come ON the day of your birthday and show your ID and you'll get a free Grand Slam breakfast which is 2 eggs (however you like them), bacon, sausage and pancakes. No frills but they serve great coffee and the waitress was a doll! I'm sure I'll be back next year ;-)
