Experience was horrible !!!! Came in from Tucson Az and my check engine light came in so I had to get it checked out . They ordered the wrong part and it took the new part 4 hours to come in . When it came in they installed it and I left , 5 minutes after the check engine light came on ! I left came back left and came back 4 TIMES AND HE INSTISTED THE PROBLEM WAS FIXED ! Nothing was done to my car . And I ended up paying $400 there for a sensor .Not only was this extremely unprofessional but once I told him I had to leave back for Tucson tonight he said well I don't have time we close in s hour come back tomorrow . I'm in the middle of a civil lawsuit with my uncles firm for This Big O's location and I hope these little shits get what's coming to them
