It's hard to rate the work of Hector's Iron, since they do not want your business. I called to offer a job, and received a text saying that he would call back. Never called back. So I submitted a detailed RFQ to the website, nothing. Reached out again and was asked a few questions about my job over text. No follow-up. Reminded him over text that I submitted an RFQ on the website, got am email back asking what I wanted. Submitted pics, specs, details, etc - never heard back. Apparently these guys are either so busy that they don't need work, or they cherry pick the jobs that they want, and don't get back to the ones that they don't. Either way, it's terrible business. If this is the way that this company treats potential new customers, I cannot IMAGINE what they would be like to work with on a $3-4K job. After my experience, I would never trust them with a project like this.
