I was originally a member at the Gainey Ranch location - completely different experience than Camelback. In this past year alone my Camelback experience has included: the gym closed without notice, constant repairs, the basketball court which consumes the main body of the gym had to be redone twice (several weeks duration each time) forcing the fumes of sealant and dust to be unavoidable. When the gym was fully flooded the drywall in areas was replaced but left to question if there were mold issues which they never addressed with the members to provide assurance. The ladies gym jacuzzi does not seem to be maintained and is over chlorinated, the showers periodically have no hot water. The pool has been closed for upgrades and then reclosed for additional repairs/service shortly thereafter. No other location seems to have this track record. I did not play tennis but had reached out for assistance since classes of interest, specifically Kinesis, were limited in the times in which you could call to sign up -and if you work than that took that option off the table because the classes were filled in minutes, no joke. On a minor note, but for coffee drinkers off to work- it's memorable, there were mornings where the cafe crew did not show up so if you were accustomed to getting coffee or food from the snack bar that was just too bad no one stepped in. I reached out to management and can see that they are not willing to acknowledge the realities of this location.
