I am changing my review based on a Recent visit to Smoke Away. Word of mouth travels faster then most anything else. I purchased a 10.00 Refillable butane lighter from this business. With 7 day use as intended, the lighter clearly has a manufacture defect. Its construction design is splitting apart. No glue, internally, causing it to be of no workable use. As a consumer, I returned to the location requesting a replacement. The manager M.... required a receipt. I provide that receipt using my device direct from my bank. Legal proof. M began to scroll through her PC system and responded back to me saying " I have no TRANSACTION for that amount. Why not? Is a proper response. Please review again. Once again, No TRANSACTION FOR THE AMOUNT. My bank proves a debit, their system shows no transaction. A: AUDIT this business. Earned un claimed income. B: Who else? C: How much? Are we allowing this illegal; if true, to happen? There is a Bureau of Dept. of taxation department in every State. I plan to discuss details regarding this matter. Over a 10.00 dollar lighter manufacture defect. My final decision to invest time for an investigation soley relies from the run around I received in obtaining Surpervisor-Owner.
