I purchased a groupon blow dry package of 3. I was only able to use one because no one returned my calls for appointments. I tried several times. The one time I did go the owner Cristina was flying solo as her staff called in sick. The blow dry was less than average. She talked a lot and dropped the f bomb in conversation a few times.
I had made my second appointment and when I called a few days before to confirm she said I wasn't in the calendar. Overall very unprofessional experience. I would not go back. Returning called is a basic business requirement.
