came here last friday to try to get an x-ray but was told it was 1.5 hours wait. i couldn't wait that long so i am back today. was told it was about an hour wait and after sitting here for 1.5 hours i am stil in the waiting room. i have always dreaded coming because it seems the wait is ALWAYS way too long. it seems ridiculous. either get more staff to accommodate the high volume or allow appointments for all services. in the future i will request orders to be sent to a different imaging facility. so a couple weeks ago someone from billing called me to tell me i now owe over $200 for the x-rays and that they submitted my claim to the insurance and they responded back saying i am not covered under the plan. they gave me specific dates as to when claim was submitted and date of when my insurance issued their response. i told them it must be a mistake because i am on the plan and verified all the information again. hung up and immediately called my insurance to ask about why my claim was denied. they said they never received any claims from simon med in the entire month of may. not sure why simon med would basically lie about it but it also is a complete waste of my time to talk to billing and then to my insurance. just avoid this place at all cost.
