I'm a regular here - but this place is small and get quite stuffy since it's soo busy. Thea is a great instructor, but recently I've had Shirley... she doesn't wait until you've come out of a pose to try another one... too rushed... and I never feel relaxed in her class... Prefer Thea... Rates are good when they have deals going on.
