I think this company is great! Based on the experiences I've had with them when they were Jan Ashford and now with the new company, they're like the Jimmy John of plumbing. Practically before I even hung up the phone I got a call back saying what time a plumber was scheduled to be here, and one showed up EXACTLY as scheduled. First one, I wish I remembered his name such a nice guy, thought he needed a part but after checking was able to provide an easy fix with the tools he had....one other issue I had, with the instant hot water, required a bit more technical work that he felt would best be handled by another technician and true to his word, he arranged for someone to come out the next day who provided the necessary repairs. Both gentlemen told me ahead of time what the costs would be - and how to try to prevent such situations from occurring in the future. I'll certainly follow their suggestions but would not hesitate to use them again.
