I rarely write reviews, but after the experience my family and I had this weekend I felt compelled to add a review. Saturday night my family and I had the worst experience. We noticed there were bugs near the beds, and ceiling. After calling the front desk, staff came to the room and proceeded to offer to move us to another room. We agreed and were charged at a discounted rate. This was the second hotel we stayed during our time in AZ. Although we were given a discount for the night we were thoroughly grossed out and will never stay there again. This picture is only one area where we saw the bugs.
