Went into this location about 3 weeks ago, dealt with Justin in sales. Was positively motivated because he said he could get me in a car no matter what. I let him know my credit wasn't the best. He still was adamant about getting me in a car. So we did the process and he said it's Sunday we won't get results today. I told him okay thanks please let me know tomarrow. I called the next day and he said we're working on it. Never received a call or text. So I called Tuesday and he never returned my call. Wed came along and I called he was off, so I asked to deal with the sales manager just so I can get results .. he called back and let me know he working on it. Thursday came I called , Justin off again. Friday came and I told him am I getting this car. He pretty much said was I was "approved" but needed 4,000 down. I then told him If I was told that days ago I would of been fine with the response. But to be mislead from a big dealer like them for days. I'm sorry unprofessional. I understood my credit situation and money situation. And I let him know in the beginning please don't waste my time. And look time wasted.
Fast forward to this past Thursday I called Justin again and asked if I had a certain dollar amount would be able to help including my trade. He said ohhh yea with a down payment I can definitely get you in a car.. today's 7/2 still no response and believe it or not I texted him last Friday and I'm his words."it's end of month we're busy it's still be processed"... please folks beware of lack of communication.
7-4 update..
Justin's called back and Said he could get me in a car for sure I was approved.. I didn't believe it until he said come Down. Guess what you guys..after 2 hours I drove off with a brand new charger: thanks Justin for keeping your word this time with getting me my new car. I recommend my dealer.. thanks
