Not Pleased, 1st appt. waited 45 minutes past my appt time. No vitals, no weight nothing, my meds input into their records incorrectly, 531.00 charged to my insurance for Dr to walk in and say schedule an endoscopy. Did the endoscopy that was ok experience. Scheduled a follow up to get results, took day off work, got there and they had cancelled all appts. I have been trying to get my results every since, No answer, they call back say call this number, a voice mail comes on saying must fill out official forms. All I want is them sent to my primary doctor who referred me. 3 months in and I still am no better. No personal interaction, no sense of concern for patients well being. It feels like a production line.
