When I first saw this service, I thought it was genius. Unfortunately, I didn't check the reviews! My mechanic cancelled at the exact time he was suppose to arrive. So unprofessional! I called customer service and all they could offer was a free cancellation. I rescheduled for the next day and I'm hoping the ending is better than the beginning.
