Southwest has been my bike shop for almost a decade now. All bike shops provide quality bicycles. What sets some apart is the customer service. That's where SWB shines! I recently had an issue with a bike I bought a year ago, where the manufacturer did not provide a resolution to either my or SWB's satisfaction. I worked with Jeff to find a solution that did solve the issue. This last weekend, I brought another bike in that I have not ridden is some time. I asked Mike, the mechanic to "check it out". He went through it thoroughly, adjusting brakes, derailleurs, even wiping the dust off of my "wall ornament". When I left the shop, I was confident that this bike was absolutely safe to ride. Truly great people to deal with!
