I'll start by saying I don't write many reviews... So to write one, I feel pretty passionate about this service!
I'm sitting in the air conditioned lobby (writing my review while I wait) after having my car quickly diagnosed after my check engine light came on during my drive from from California to Arizona. These guys are quick! They explained to me the issue and the remedy, told me what I will owe. Joe was able to find the issue and figure out the part they needed to order. Damen contacted a nearby supplier that had the part I needed, and after being told it would take over 20 minutes, he decided to drive and pick up the part from the shop himself! When he returned with the part, Joe installed it, I paid for it, and was out of the lot in record time. AND he ended up saving me money!
We got pretty lucky we landed in this area - friendly, reliable service.
I hope nothing else goes wrong with my car, but if something does, and I'm in the downtown Phoenix area, I hope it's some where around here.
