Front desk associate was rude and acted bothered when I came to drop my boyfriends dog - I understand it's a animal clinic but the lobby was disgusting, I've been to much cleaner vets which leaves no excuse for how dirty they leave it; the wait was 30 mins for a drop off & the rude desk associate didn't inform me there would be a wait or help me weigh my dog, she didn't even move from her desk and just kinda ignored me from there.
