Seemingly, the new foodie thing this year has been poke. This small location just opened up in the Sprouts parking lot.
Clean location, although it is def more of a quick sit down or to go restaurant with their limited seating. Very clean aesthetic inside.
As for the most important part, the food. If you've never had poke, they have a chipotle style ordering. Start with your bowl of rice or greens, then protein, sauce, and finally toppings.
Salmon was a bit icy, but I'll let that slide due to them just opening up this week.
I'll def give this place another shot!
