When you find a little local gem like this you walk a fine line between wanting it to do well, but not SO WELL that you can't find a seat. But it's never been crowded when I've come for pick up or lingering, so I feel I should definitely toot this place's horn.
Great coffee, really solid. Great cold brew iced coffee. Really crazy affordable food choices. (Large speciality coffee and a solid sandwich for under $10!??)
Great seating options- choice of 2 and 4 tips, plus some cont lounge seating toward the back. Nice AC (no swamp cooler here!) good natural light in the front, dimmer and cozier toward the back. A secluded outdoor patio if that's your thing. (Minimal shade though.)
The staff is amazing, down to earth, with none of the hipster eye-rolling that seems to permeate the downtown coffee scene. They are genuinely nice.
Overall, LOVE this place. Open at an eye-popping 5:30 and closes relatively late at 7:00.
