I used to really like this store. There are two young ladies working here who know the business and are professional and efficient. I've shipped to California, Hawaii, and returned amazon purchases all without a problem. In fact, their customer service was so off the charts, I had to slap myself to make sure I wasn't dreaming. Then they hired some teenage guy who has no idea what he's doing. I asked for a flat rate box; he said they don't have any postal packaging. None? I ask; No he says. Told him I got one there last week; magically he pulls out a flat rate envelope. I have a bag full of things to mail--like an envelope will help kid. There is nothing I hate more when dealing with retail stores than flat out incompetence. It was enough to make me deal with the United States Postal Service, online at least. Now, I will only return to this place if I'm in an emergency, and only if one of the competent employees are working. Nothing is that important. Ladies saved this review from a single star. I can only hope they've moved on to greener pastures.
