Unfortunately, because my car was hit by another party, I was forced to use this company for a rental while my car was being repaired. I arrived at 7:30 am (their opening time), no one arrived and opened the office until 7:45am. It was only 15 minutes, but for a mom who needs to get to her kids playoff game, that's a long time. The "only" car they had for me ended up having a transmission issue. The two employees argued over how the can be, causing more time to elapse. The female employee finally tells the male employee to drive me to another Hertz for a car. Travelled to JW Marriott for a car (more time gone) to only place me in a tiny car that does not fit my family, I was supposed to get a car comparable to what is in the shop. By this time I had missed my sons entire first game. Please note this reservation had been placed a week before I arrived for my rental.
