UPDATE**** AC has been going in an out since my last review and they have new management with promises to get better. Well here we go again every day for the past week the apartment has been 98 degrees!! How do you expect someone to live like that!? They just keep saying we will fix it tomorrow we will fix it tomorrow, but tomorrow never comes.
Dirty nasty ugly complex. Leasing staff don't get anything done and are doing personal stuff while supposed to be in the office. Don't get work orders done and don't care that the AC is broken and its 95 degrees in the apartment. They are breaking zoning codes and im getting ready to report them. Roaches everywhere! Bad kids loud all day and night everyone smoking weed! They won't have the owner call me they say they don't have permission to enter even though I give it to them everytime! They claim they don't have my phone number which isn't possible if I signed a lease!! They would be smart to let me break my lease before I report every thing I see including the illegal dumpsters!!
