After reading all the negative reviews, I still decided to get my nails done here because it was the only one open late in my area.
I came in around 7:30 PM on a Sunday (they close at 9 PM) and Lana helped me out. I got a full set and a deluxe pedicure done, (all for $55 +I gave her a generous tip) and it was a very pleasant experience. Lana was so nice, and we had a great conversation about family and work.
The things that definitely stood out positively are:
1.) She wore gloves the whole time, and switched them out between my full set and my pedicure; and her tools were very sterile--she cleaned her tools before and after she used them on me.
2.) The whole salon and especially the restroom her work station was very clean.
3.) Lana paid attention to detail and didn't rush, which I really appreciated.
4.) The salon has a stamp card you can use in every visit and at your 11th visit you get $10 off any service.
I am definitely more than satisfied with the service I received and you can bet I will be coming back for my next fill appointment.
