Went there today for an A16 service and was told it would take 90min. Just as I was getting settled into the waiting area with my great cup of free coffee and easily hooking up to the free wifi...my servicing was DONE! 40 min and I was outa there. Friendly service reps and prompt service by the technicians. I'm not sure what the ranters expected when they went there...that the tech would lay their hands on the hood of the car and 'magically' know what was wrong and heal their vehicle for free? I'm on my third leased car, that's 10+ years of going to this dealership, and will be going back for our 4th.
