Do not use this service. The ticket i files through them was undisputed and since their number was not in service i have emailed them. Only received a response after writing a review about them. Owner's phone number was there so I called and he told me to take my comments down without telling me when or what they will do with undisputed ticket. And hung up on me.
They also removed my email address from the system so i do not see the list of the tickets i submitted with them. Luckily I have copies of the receipt and calling the credit card company today as well as police report.
I will be in touch with media company that gave positive advertise on this once i have time.
Avoid it at all cost!
