I purchased a complete interior detail awhile ago after being pressured by the salesman. He said I could come back when I had more time. I came back today and asked if it could be done in an hour because I was short on time. The salesman said... It would get done quickly, at most an hour. He pressured me into purchasing an exterior detail. After saying NO 5 times, he said he would give it to me for $35 because they were so slow today. I hesitantly agreed and was again promised it would be done in an hour. 2 hours later... My car was finally ready and it was rushed because after 1.5 hours... I got frustrated.
The exterior looked the same as it always does after a wash. The interior was average. The cup holders were still sticky and not at all detailed. I was very disappointed. I got basically a deluxe carwash for over $115 plus a generous tip. I did not think the minimum wage workers should be punished for the actions of the salesman.
