Sooooooooo lol I understand the bad reviews now.
Ya'll I was so excited for my staycation @PointeHiltonTap for Memorial Day Weekend. I seriously cannot tell ya'll how excited I was. But when I got here NONE of my request could be honored (and nope they couldn't even call and let me know before I drove 40 mins) and then had to deal with a condensing front desk agent. LeAnne is one of the most unpleasant hospitality workers I've ever come across. So what If I'm on a friends and family rate. I've stayed prior and was on a F & F and the customer service was A-FREAKIN MAZING. Sadly I'm thinking this only the type of hotel you stay at when it's slow. Super sucks, beautiful views, but definitely not worth the attitude. Won't be staying here again, and doubt if I'll recommend to anyone else.
