I love this vet! I love the technicians - they always remember me and my pet's name. They also will ask me how my other pets at home are doing by name.
The vets here are awesome (especially Dr. Jaffe)! She thoroughly researches my pet's needs to come up with an appropriate plan. And she goes above and beyond! When my dog was diagnosed with kidney disease, she stopped by my house that evening to deliver special food and told me I can pay whenever I am back in the office. I have never had a vet that cared so much about my pet's health. She also saved my cat from having to endure chemotherapy. All signs pointed to terminal cancer, but she wanted to be absolutely sure before she put my cat through that difficult process. She referred me for a biopsy where they did not find cancer. They removed his spleen and he has been healthy and gaining weight ever since!
Additionally, when the end came for my other senior cat, she handled it with love and dignity. I was away and could not be there with him, but all of the available technicians came into the room to be with him and say goodbye for me. This story is particularly touching because my cat was kind of a grumpy guy and I know he bit or scratched everyone in that office at some point. So their kindness to him when he was ill was really appreciated.
