It was the first time taking my 10 yr old son there. I felt that they were not empathic or cared that they were attending a pediatric patient. I took him in because I thought he may had strep throat. I was disappointed with triage and foward. I felt rushed and as if we were just another number. When the technician came in to swab my son again for strep he was not considered of my son's age and just came at him with his swab to get another sample and naturally my son was afraid. I will not be taking my son to Next Care Urgent care again. Also, the room was dirty when we were led in and triage technician had to clean it. Over all my experience with your facility was poor.
