i'm a disable Veteran who came to this location due to only place left anywhere near Henderson with a open MRI ( due to panic issues) contacted MedCoach ( i can't drive legally blind) was picked up at 8:30 dropped off at 8:53am, get in sign in best i could Reception on phone ( NO welcome or anything) gets off phone jumps on Cell phone ( personal call) hands me a cipboard with about 7 pages to fill out i tell her i can't fill this out she said " good," ( as she walked away talking about heating up food) then came a lady with white hair to grab my clipboard i said i can't fill this out because i'm visually disable & i tried to tell the young lady talking on her cell but she didn't listen to me.so the gray lady she said she was transcribing not on personal call and that i should "TRY TO BE A LITTLE NICER" WOW really? All i said was she didn't listen to me while talking on CELL! ( then the lady said " we will help u when we can" so i got up & walked out, THE RUDENESS & UNCARING Attitude for a disabled veteran it was unreal!! So i waited in the lobby for a hour to get my Medcoach pick up. ( STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE ) I WILL CONTACT THE ADA about this place ASAP, i don't have any options for a MRI now but closed ? ( FEELING STRESSED & DEPRESSED! okay,I TRIED TO GIVE THESE PEOPLE A SEXOBD CHANCE : A MISTAKE I REALLY REGRET MADE APPT FOR MRI NOV 20th @ 10am ao my wife could take me she on vacation AND I CALLED TO CONFIRM NY APPT LUCKY I DID BECAUSE IT WAS CHANGED TO Westside location instead of original ;Flamingo location because of the wAy test is done ( i would have to lay on a hard surface for a hour) WHAT? I have a bad ahoulder i can't sleep on and they want to put me on my side! THESE PEOPLE TREAT VETERANS LIKE CRAP !! STAY AWAY FROM. LVR ( they don't care)!!
