My friends and I wandered in on Sunday afternoon to see if we could do some impromptu dress shopping. Even though we didn't have an appointment, the staff were very accommodating and helpful in giving us a room. (There were other brides there for fittings, not like the place was dead.) Rachel, the consultant who worked with us, was very patient and helpful in answering all our questions about materials, designs, $800 vs $2000 dresses, etc.
Overall it's not a very big store, with prices ranging from under $1000 (off-the-rack) to ~$4000, but I was impressed with the service. A good place to go as a starting point for dress shopping, and also if you know what style you're looking for and don't want to try on a million dresses.
